How do I motivate myself to do yoga every morning?
Right now, I have to wake up at around 7:30 to get to school at 8:45 - 8:50. Which is, obviously, very very late. In order to get to school on time, I have to wake up at 5:30 and do my online yoga class, which is an hour long. Then I have to take a shower, because I will stink if I go to school after yoga. How can I motivate myself to get up, and then to actually do yoga afterwards?

You just have to want to work-out. You have to imagine what you will be if you continue your normal ways and what you could be if you took the extra hour out of your morning to do yoga. If you cant imagine that or don’t think its worth the time now the it will pretty much require someone to literally make you do it. Is there a reason it is in the morning. Even though it is nice to exercise in the morning, sometimes people just arent morning people and should leave it till after school. Lastly, reward yourself for the steps you are taking to exercise or punish yourself if you don’t. If you can’t do this have a parent inflict the punishment for you. Come to a reasonable punishment and reward such as television/ computer rights, etc. Just stay focus and think how much better of you will be in a month if you stick to it.
