What is a good yoga video for beginners to use?
I just cancelled my gym membership and I thought that yoga would be something good to do at home before and after work.

actually if you have timewarner cable you can go to channel 1 on demand and they have free videos that you can watch as many times as you want. i like the am yoga one. its not too long so youre not dying in the end
